We want your Boopo to arrive ready for whatever character you have planned. Here's what to know about shipping, returns, and order problems.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Roswell, GA.

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 5 business days after purchase.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the available shipping options for your order.

How Long Will My Boopo Take to Arrive?

Estimated transit times shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Carrier delivery estimates aren't guaranteed, and delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control can occasionally occur.

If you're buying a Boopo for a birthday, workshop, production, or other specific date, we recommend ordering early.

Where Do You Ship?

We currently ship to UNITED STATES ONLY.

Returns

All Boopos sales are final except for products that arrive damaged.

A Boopo is eligible for a return or replacement only if it was damaged during shipping or is found to be damaged when first removed from its packaging. We do not accept returns for change of mind, accidental purchases, or products that have been used, customized, altered, cut, glued, painted, covered, decorated, or otherwise modified.

If your Boopo arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging showing the damage.

Please do not ship your Boopo back before contacting us. Once we've reviewed your request, we'll provide instructions for an approved return or replacement.

Customized Boopos

Once you've started turning your blank into a character, we can't accept it as a return.

Products that have been cut, glued, painted, sewn, covered, decorated, altered, or otherwise customized are not eligible for return unless the product was defective when received.

Return Shipping

Original shipping charges are [NONREFUNDABLE / REFUNDABLE — CHOOSE], except when a return results from our error or a qualifying damaged/defective product.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we'll notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

My Boopo Arrived Damaged or Something Is Wrong

Please tell us. We want to make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] within [7] days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your name

• Order number

• A brief description of the problem

• Photos showing the product and any damage

We'll review it and work with you on an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

My Package Is Missing

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, first check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors who may have received it.

If it still can't be located, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we'll help determine the next step.

For packages still showing as in transit, carrier delays may require additional time or a carrier investigation before a package can be considered lost.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at [SUPPORT EMAIL].

We'll do our best to help, but once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Exchanges

For a small operation like Boopos, I recommend not offering formal exchanges. Instead:

We don't currently process direct exchanges. If your unused Boopo is eligible for return, you can return it according to this policy and place a new order for the Boopo you'd like instead.

That's substantially easier for Sam to manage operationally.
