By using this website or purchasing from Boopos Blanks, you agree to these Terms.

About Boopos Blanks

Boopos Blanks creates professionally made blank puppets designed to become characters of your own creation.

Boopos Blanks is operated by Muelworx, LLC, doing business as Boopos Blanks, assuming that is the final business structure.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products.

Because Boopos are physical products and may involve handmade or individually fabricated components, minor variations in appearance, shape, dimensions, construction, or materials may occur.

Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen or device.

Creative Results

The fun of a Boopo is what you turn it into.

Images of completed or customized Boopos shown on our website, social media, advertising, or other materials are examples of what creators have made and do not necessarily represent what is included with the blank puppet.

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, decorations, costumes, fur, eyes, hair, accessories, paints, adhesives, tools, and other customization materials shown in finished examples are not included.

Please read the individual product description to see exactly what comes with your purchase.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We may change prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been completed.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated during checkout where required.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, pricing errors, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.

Product Availability

Boopos may be produced in limited quantities.

Products displayed on the website may sell out or become temporarily unavailable. Joining a mailing list or product waitlist does not reserve inventory or guarantee that a product will be available.

Shipping

Shipping times and policies are described on our Shipping & Returns page.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged products, and other order issues are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Workshops

Boopos Blanks may offer workshops directly or in partnership with third-party venues and organizations.

Workshop pricing, age requirements, cancellation policies, included materials, registration requirements, and other conditions may vary by event. The information presented on the individual workshop registration page controls for that particular event.

Third-party venues may also have their own rules and policies.

Safety and Supervision

Puppet building and customization may involve scissors, adhesives, paints, hot glue, sewing tools, small components, or other craft materials and tools.

Customers and workshop participants are responsible for using appropriate materials and tools safely and following manufacturer instructions.

Children should participate with appropriate adult supervision.

Boopos Blanks products are creative puppet-building products and are not represented as toys for young children unless a specific product is expressly identified as such.

Intellectual Property

The Boopos Blanks name, Boopos product designs, branding, logos, website content, photographs, graphics, instructional materials, videos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Muelworx, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a Boopo gives you ownership of the physical product you purchased. It does not transfer ownership of Boopos Blanks intellectual property.

You are welcome to customize your Boopo and share your creation.

You may not reproduce, manufacture, mold, copy, or commercially distribute Boopos Blank designs themselves without written permission.

Customer-Created Characters

We love seeing what people create with Boopos.

Your original creative additions and character concepts remain yours, subject to any underlying rights associated with the Boopos product itself.

Tagging Boopos Blanks on social media does not automatically give us ownership of your photograph, video, or character.

If we would like to feature your content on our website, advertising, or other marketing materials, we may ask for permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to social media platforms, payment processors, event venues, or other third-party websites and services.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer

We work to provide accurate information and quality products, but the website and its content are provided subject to applicable law and without guarantees beyond those expressly stated by us.

Nothing on the website guarantees a particular creative result from customizing a Boopo.

Limitation of Liability
