Boopos Blanks Workshop Terms & Conditions

Registration & Payment
Registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received. Space is limited, and submitting an inquiry or beginning the checkout process does not reserve a spot. Each registration is valid only for the workshop, date, and number of participants identified in the order.

Refunds & Cancellations by Participants
Workshop registrations are non-refundable. Because Boopos Blanks prepares space, materials, and Boopos Blank puppets based on workshop registrations, we are unable to issue refunds if you are unable to attend.

Transferring Your Registration
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person who meets the workshop's participation and age requirements. Please contact Boopos Blanks before the workshop with the name of the person who will attend in your place. Transfers are subject to the requirements of the specific workshop and do not change the workshop date or create a credit toward a future workshop.

Boopo Selection
When a workshop requires you to select a Boopos Blank design, please make your selection during registration. Available designs may include Squash, Stretch, Betty, Buddy, Snoot, or a Surprise Me option, depending on the workshop. Because materials and Boopos are prepared in advance, we cannot guarantee that a different design will be available on the day of the workshop.

Age Requirements
Participants must meet the age requirements listed for the specific workshop. For Adult + Kid workshops, the participating young maker must fall within the stated age range and attend with the required participating adult. Please review the individual workshop description before registering.

Arrival & Late Attendance
Please plan to arrive on time. Boopos workshops involve hands-on instruction and may follow a scheduled building process. Participants who arrive late are welcome to join when practical, but missed instruction may not be repeated and additional workshop time cannot be guaranteed.

Workshop Materials
The materials included with registration will be identified in the individual workshop description. Finished examples, decorations, accessories, tools, or materials shown in photographs or promotional content are not necessarily included unless specifically stated.

Cancellation or Changes by Boopos Blanks
If Boopos Blanks cancels a workshop for which Boopos Blanks directly collected registration payment, registered participants will be offered a refund of the workshop registration fee or, when available, the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled workshop.

If circumstances beyond our reasonable control require a change to the workshop's date, time, location, instructor, or other material details, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants using the contact information provided at registration.

Partner-Hosted Workshops
Some Boopos workshops are hosted, registered, and/or paid for through an arts center, venue, organization, or other partner. When registration and payment are handled by that organization, the host organization's registration, cancellation, refund, and transfer policies apply. Please contact the host directly regarding registration changes or refunds for those events.

Participant Conduct & Safety
Participants are expected to follow workshop instructions, use tools and materials appropriately, and behave in a manner that supports a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Boopos Blanks or the workshop host may ask a participant to stop an activity or leave the workshop if their conduct creates a safety concern or materially disrupts the workshop.
